Yoga is a non impact way of moving which promotes flexibility and stamina. It encourages awareness of your body and mind.
I offer my classes as multi-level, so you can select the appropriate level to you within the class. Everyone is different and the asana practice can be tailored to suit your own needs.

The aim of yoga is to listen to your body and to pick the appropriate level for yourself, not straining to achieve a more ambitious posture.
It is the journey that is important rather than the final destination.
