"Moira's yoga class helped me a lot before and after my hip replacement operation."
"I have been attending Moira's classes for a number of years now and always look forward to them. Moira is a very positive, encouraging teacher and puts great emphasis on listening to our own bodies and not being in competition with anyone else in the class. No matter how I have been feeling before the class, I always feel better after."
"As a fairly new pupil I would like to thank Moira for welcoming me into her class so kindly. She is encouraging and always mentions to do what you feel comfortable with. She demonstrates everything brilliantly, making it as easy to copy as possible, although I find something each lesson which I will have to work on. Moira's lessons have something different each time but she always names the moves so eventually I will no doubt recognise more than I do so far. When I have seen yoga being carried out I've always thought that it looks easy and flowing but now I'm in this class I am finding it gives every part of my body a proper work out and that the flowing part is much more difficult to achieve than it looks. She also notices what everyone is doing and helps when someone is not in the right position or doing something wrong. She does this quietly so as not to embarrass them and doesn't distract the class. Very enjoyable class.'

"I have been attending Moira's yoga classes for just over a year and in that time I have found that my body feels stronger and my balance has really improved. Moira's classes are very friendly and calming and she explains every position really clearly. I always leave feeling a lot better than when I arrived."

"I thoroughly enjoy Moira's yoga class. I particularly like her voice which I find very calm and relaxing. There is always a variety of things to do from one class to the next. I always feel better after the class and feel that my general health and strength have improved since I've been doing yoga."

"Huge thanks for all the fantastic classes. It's my favourite 90 minutes in my week and has made a huge difference to how I feel about the rest of it!"
"I have attended Moira's classes for a couple of months now and as a complete Yoga novice the experience so far has been beneficial. It has helped my flexibility, posture and also with relaxation methods. Moira has made me most welcome and explains how to get in and out of the various postures safely."

"Thanks for introducing me to yoga. A fantastic discipline that frees body and mind and introduces you to lovely people."
"Moira's classes are fun and very enjoyable. The classes may not appear to be very physical, but there is something very subtle about the combination of postures and breathing that Moira selects which brings about deep relaxation and all over body toning. I would thoroughly recommend Moira's classes to anyone."

"I have been attending Moira's yoga class for a few years now And I still look forward to it! I have noticed an improvement in my flexibility and definite lessening of various aches and pains. Some positions can be challenging but Moira puts no pressure on you to achieve perfection. You work within your own capabilities. I am always amazed how quickly the 90 minutes pass."
"I have been coming to Moira's yoga for several years now, basically because I enjoy it and for the feeling of well being it gives me. I decided to take it up because for a number of years i have had problems with my shoulder and every so often when the pain spreads to my back & neck, I'd need to get physiotherapy to slacken things off. When I started it was just 5 girls and me and over time the numbers have grown but unfortunately (or fortunately) I am still the only guy. This has not made any difference and I am treated by all as one of the group, I am not excluded or made to feel self consious. I look forward to my weekly sessions and the coffee afterwards and although I still have a sore shoulder, I don't have the expense of physiotherapy"
"I really look forward to Moira's yoga class and feel so much better having stretched my body. The emphasis is only doing what you are happy with so there is no pressure to go into full postures. Moira always advises to "listen to your body" so that you aren"t trying to compete with those around you and only doing what you feel comfortable with. The relaxation at the end is wonderful and the class has a real camaraderie about it. Thursday mornings are one of the highlights of my week!"
"Moira has a lovely manner that gently persuades you to try the various yoga postures she so ably demonstrates. An interesting and sometimes challenging class yet also very relaxing. Always a pleasurable experience."

"I have attended Moira's class for many years now and look forward to it every week. She is patient and informative giving alternative positions if struggling with full pose. I find it relaxing and energising at the same time."
